Above All Grooming

Prices are subject to change at the groomer’s discretion.
A price range and appointment length can be given based on your pet’s size and breed, and we do the best we can to be as accurate over the phone as we can, but until the groomer sees the pet in person there is no way to adequately judge the coat type and condition of the pet.

Safety First.
ALL pets must be on a leash or crate. Please be respectful of other pets and pet parents in our boutique. We recommend your companion have a securely fastened collar or harness.

24-hour cancellation policy. 
Because we give such individualized attention to each pet, filling last-minute cancellations and “no-shows” are very difficult.

Late Arrivals / Late Pick-Ups.
We specialize our boutique schedule to meet the grooming requirements and comfort of your pet. We may not be able to complete grooming if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, and we will reschedule late arrival appointments in order to respect the allotted time for our other clients. 
When we check-in your pet for their scheduled grooming we will speak with you about an approximate time for pick-up. We will call if we finish your pet before you have arrived for pick-up, or if we estimate your pet’s grooming will need more time. Please be courteous to our other clients and be prompt in picking up your pets. 

Coat Condition.
If I do hereby entrust my pet(s) to Above All Grooming for the purpose of grooming my pet(s).  I am aware that all due care will be taken with my pet(s) for the safety of pets and groomers.  I am aware that neglect of my pet’s coat can be a cause for problems after grooming such as clipper/brush irritation.  If my pet is wiggly or doesn’t remain still during the grooming procedure accidents can happen such as nicks from clippers or scissors.  I am aware that if my pet’s coat is matted my options are….

  1. I will brush the coat out and I will return to Above All Grooming at a later date.
  2. My pet will receive a shave down and start over.  There may be an additional grooming for a shave down or shaving ears and tail if they are found to be matted, cost determined on a per pet basis.

Flea / Tick / Lice Policy.
Fleas, ticks, lice will NOT be tolerated. Owners are responsible for keeping their pet(s) flea, tick, lice free. If any of the above mentioned are discovered while my pet is being groomed, Above All Grooming may refuse to groom the pet until my pet is clear of parasites.

Above All Grooming HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. 
In the event of a pet we cannot safely handle we reserve the right to refuse service. Grooming services can be stopped mid-groom if necessary for the safety of either the pet or groomer and grooming charges may apply as applicable.
